College football games of note for the weekend of September 29th

The Heisman Bet Games

(1) USC v Washington- This will not go well for the Huskies, but Locker will put up one hell of a fight. On ABC.

N. Texas v Arkansas- Did you see this? McFadden is in the lead for Heisman. The Razerbacks roll on.

SEC Games-

(2)LSU v Tulane- Will Tulane even put up points against this defence?

Auburn v (4)Florida-

Florida Atlantic v (14) Kentucky- The SEC’s newest feel-good story has claws.

Mississippi v (14) Georgia- Ugga Power. No team does well between the hedges.

Mississippi State v (16) South Carolina- Spurrier at home, yup.

(22)Alabama v Florida State- They are playing at Semi’s home, should be a close game. On CBS.

PAC-10 Ranked Games-

(6) Cal v (11) Oregon- One of my must watch games of the weekend. On ABC, both 4-0. The PAC-10 is supposed to be a ‘weaker’ conference, yet there are so many undefeateds. Go figure.

Ranked Team Games-

(3) Oklahoma v Colorado- Hawkins at home… will his Jedi garbage pan out? Probally not.

Kansas State v (7) Texas- Longhorns win this one.

(8) Ohio State v Minnesota- Minnesota leads in almost every statistical category. Will be a close game.

Michigian State v (9) Wisconsin- Another 4-0 matchup, however Wisconsin owns the stats. They will win easily. On ABC.

Maryland v (10) Rutgers- Take the home team. On ABC.

Mass v (12) Boston College- A big win last week for BC, another two 4-0 matchup, will there be a hangover for BC? Not likely, playing at home. Take the Golden Eagles.

NC v (17) Virginia Tech- I love high scoring offenses at home.

(19) Hawaii v Idaho- The Vandals are up-and-coming, but the Warriors leave the island to play a scrimage game.

Upset Special-

(13) Clemson v Georgia Tech- Call me crazy, this is my upset special. GT is high scoring and at home. On ABC.

And Then There is my Boise State Broncos-

Southern Miss v Boise State- The pending C-USA champ will put up one hell of a fight with a team breaking in a new QB and a star running back with production questions. The Broncos play very well at home though, Southern Miss will have so show they are the far better team to take control here.

On Hiatus: Gone To The Oregon Coast

My Wife, Child and I will be enjoying the splendor that is the Oregon Coast. We intend to stop at the Tillamook Cheese factory and maybe a micro brew or two. I will be offline intermittently but will resume updates when I get back.

In the meantime, why don’t you go deface Wikipedia? It’s fun, and besides, if the government/media complex is going to edit the Wiki as a tool for its agenda, then shouldn’t we naturally target it’s ‘useful’ properties?? = )

 Something else to consider while I am away. You can now get arrested for receiting the First Amendment. The government/media complex, it seems, wants to make even knowledge of the Constitution a criminal act. Do you see where this is all going?

Propaganda Training: “How to Smooth Real ID to your constituencies”

One of the better sites on the net, Ars Technica, notes this:

It’s a panel discussion called “Bringing your public onboard for smoothing legislative changes.” The summary states that “every State DMV needs to find a way to educate their public so that they can ensure the legislature changes necessary to become Real ID compliant.” The panel will also “examine how much of your (i.e., the DMV’s) budget a public relations exercise is worth.” Such a “public relations exercise” would presumably be conducted at taxpayer expense.

Did you catch that? The vendors that will be contracted out to issue the coming National ID card want to host “propaganda seminars” to bring you on board with their plan. The New World Order recognizes that effective media is essential to quell the spirit of liberty.

The bigger problem that isn’t being addressed with this plan is the granting of Federal Powers over an individuals freedom of movement. This legislation is a power grab to grant authority to any arresting officer the right to verify your citizenship with a National ID. It could even be used to usurp probable cause by granting officers the ability to exercise a “stop and pat” search while checking your National ID for Patriot ACT violations that require no executed warrant. Let me re-phrase that- a National ID, combined with the Patriot ACT will grant law enforcement the right to arrest you without probable cause for crimes you may not have committed.

In short, a National ID will make you denzies subject to the Patriot ACT.

“But if your doing nothing wrong, you shouldn’t be worried.”

Wrong.

The Constitution does not allow the creeping authority of government to infringe on our rights that PRE-EXIST any form of government without Due Process. Any assumption on the part of the government without the element of Due Process before a neutral judge and jury in null and void. A civil right cannot be curtailed for ’security’ until after Due Process has been completed.

But the Real ID act is also a bad law. Full of unknown costs, its a usurpation of states rights that will do little but to increase federal regulation on our lives. If the Feds can issue you the license, they can also take it away.

Furthermore, if the justification for a National ID is anything related to voter fraud or identity verification, then a pending case before the Supreme Court may very well find that such actions are an unconstitutional burden on citizens. In essence, the whole idea that promulgated the National ID card may very well be a violation of the right that pre-dated the constitution.

 The bottom line: If the government needs to bring in PR experts on a proposed law, then it’s probably not an area the Constitution authorizes.

The Constitution In Exile; Appearances can be deceiving

Last night I was at a speech for someone who truly gets it. And I must tell you, I was surprised and dumbfounded by how wrong some of my assumptions where. So who was it? Judge Andrew Napolitano. Yes the Faux news Judge Napolitano.

I had assumed, wrongly, that because Napolitano is a hack for Fox News that he would be a justifier of all things neo-conservative. How pleasantly wrong I was.

The Judge reminded us that Congress has only 16 powers, powers specifically enumerated in the constitution, and that if any law violates governments sole responsibility to protect our natural and unalienable rights by not tracing its authority to one of the 16 delegated powers, then it is an unconstitutional law.

Yes, you read that right. A Fox News broadcaster has a proper understanding of the limited role and powers of the government.

So what are the 16 powers by which all laws passed by congress must trace their authority to?

The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defense and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

To borrow money on the credit of the United States;

To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes;

To establish a uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States;

To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;

To provide for the Punishment of counterfeiting the Securities and current Coin of the United States;

To establish Post Offices and Post Roads;

To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts, by securing for limited Times to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writings and Discoveries;

To constitute Tribunals inferior to the supreme Court;

To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offenses against the Law of Nations;

To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water;

To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years;

To provide and maintain a Navy;

To make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and naval Forces;

To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;

To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;

To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings; And

To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.

The Judge also reminded us last night that Natural Law was to take precedence in our society. Those ‘certain inalienable rights’? Does the phrase, “That among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness” ring a bell? Those are some some of the Rights that you have that God gave to you from the moment of your conception. Government, cannot, without due process, take those rights away.

The Judge asserted also some of the most refreshing reminders of the night: That our government’s only purpose to to protect and defend our rights. Period. Our civil rights pre-existed prior to the formation of any government, and government, be it ours or another, cannot legitimately claim a higher authority than the rights we claim just by our existence as humans.

Isn’t it cool, and invigorating, to be reminded about basic civics lessons? Its just too bad that it is becoming harder and harder to find people to represent the Founders point of views.

Let us be reminded that Government cannot claim any authority legitimately, our rights as humans pre-exist any government. The government does not give us rights, it merely is a fashionable tool to represent them, and any time it becomes unfashionable, then well, its time to change it.

To my wife: I truly thank you for ‘encouraging’ attendance at the speech last night. And to the Judge: I apologize for viewing you as just a Faux News new-conservative hack.

Dr. Ron Paul: Get the U.S. Out Of The U.N.

One of the comments on the CNN.com page said it best: 

Ron has never voted to raise taxes.
Ron has never voted for an unbalanced budget.
Ron has never voted for a federal restriction on gun ownership.
Ron voted against the Patriot Act.
Ron votes against regulating the Internet.
Ron voted against the Iraq war.
Ron voted against NAFTA and CAFTA.
Ron votes against the United Nations.
Ron votes against the welfare state.
Ron votes against reinstating a military draft.
Ron votes for conservative principles.
Ron votes to cut government spending.
Ron votes to lower healthcare costs.
Ron votes to end the war on drugs.
Ron votes to preserve civil liberties.
Ron votes to secure our borders with real immigration reform.
Ron votes to eliminate tax funded abortions and to overturn Roe v Wade.
Ron votes to protect religious freedom.

Dr. Ron Paul is the ONLY candidate talking about the coming usurpation of our constitution and boarders due to the North American Union. It is unconscionable that ANY presidential candidate would be willing and in favor of a Mexican-Canadian-American “union”.

Let me put me it another way: What reason would there be for the United States to enter into an agreement with Mexico? What is the real reason behind the amnesty push, to “incorporate” Mexico into the United States? Why would the United States want to cooperate with a country whose people are actively invading the United States, running drugs, stealing identities, brining crime and gangs and contributing to the illegal use of the already overburdened taxpayer services? This is insanity. We cannot allow other countries, via trade or security agreements, to dictate with any authority above that of the constitution. Period, end of story.

The New World Order is being implemented, piece by piece, agreement by agreement. Soon there will be no sovereignty left for any country, only worldwide fascism. Free speech will be replaced by ‘politically correct’ speech. Civil rights will be replaced by ‘human rights’. Capitalism, with communism. Liberty for security. Security for goods. Religious liberty will be replaced with ‘doctrines of tolerance’. Property rights for ‘equal housing opportunities’.  Currency will be replaced with ‘citizen documents’, computer chips embedded in your skin that allow the acquisition of goods.

Progress does not mean we have to surrender our rights. And Ron Paul is the only candidate who recognizes that.

The Media’s Immigration Agenda

Have you checked out the blatant examples of media bias regarding the immigration debate?

No? Well here is an example for you.

There are several examples of how one-sided this article is.

Let’s start with the headline, also known as the Lede to journalism aficionados (LEDEAgenda.com!). Notice how immediately they attempt to ‘frame’ the argument.

“Immigration Raids spark anger”

The reader must be thinking to himself, “wow, I must be the only one who is angry about this”. Doubts and guilt set in. Then you start to read the article and find out WHO is angry.

The ACLU.

‘Resident Aliens’ from Mexico (notice how the Statesman doesn’t tell you how they obtained alien status).

Members of the liberal advocacy group, Community Action Network.

People you don’t relate to anyway. People most Idahoans do not relate to. People whose opinions, because of their political agendas, do not reflect the ordinary, everyday voting taxpayers. People who do not represent the true America.

The article mentions that the “ACLU may not be able to do much in this case”. YEAH BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT FREAKING CITIZENS!!

Additionally, the article goes on, the reason for the raid? They were seeking a sexual predator. Excuse me? You want me to be sympathetic to a rapist or child molester? An illegal immigrant child molester? You’re out-of-your-freaking-mind-you-sick-in-the-head-liberal-jackass.

The article also makes a point to belittle the members of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement calling them “mean” and overly authoritarian.

And what exactly is the problem here?

ICE Officers SHOULD be ‘mean’, they are seeking to arrest CRIMINALS!! Illegal immigrants are frequently involved in drug smuggling, identity theft, gang activity and illegal use of taxpayer services. They are criminals, and the proper way to get illegal immigration stopped is aggressive enforcement of our laws. That requires being ‘mean’ and arresting them where they are hiding, fining those who hire and house them, as well as seeking out those assisted with their invasion.

Yes, they are being ‘mean’. And it is about damn time too!

The Idaho Statesman’s agenda here is massive, sickening. This is nothing more than a political hack piece designed to manipulate the reader’s opinions. They are pushing their anti-immigration enforcement agenda. And quite simply, it is wrong. Dead wrong.

Their is no ‘anger’ with the average Idahoan. In fact, most Idahoans today read the headline and were RELIEVED that enforcement actions FINALLY began. They are long, long overdue. I hope, beg, and pray that the next time they use the same aggressive tactics in Nampa, Caldwell, and the general Canyon Country area.

It is refreshing to finally see REAL enforcement of our immigration laws, we can only hope that the government will start focusing in next on the areas that are commonly known to house a disproportionate number of Hispanics and foreigners.

Security For Sale: Consideration Given To The New World Order

The Carlyle Group, one of the Iraq War’s biggest profiteers, allows the United Arab Emirates to purchase a minority share.

You can almost hear them saying, “Well, if you’re gonna bomb the crap out of us, we might as well make a profit of it!”

This raises so many red flags, one has to wonder, whom really is pulling the levers and flipping the switches around here?

Bush and Cheney are co-owners, among others, of the Carlyle Group, one of the biggest “sub-contractors” of the Iraq War. On the eve of another branch of the War on Terror about to start, namely the attack on Iran, what sense does it make to allow another Muslim nation to invest in our war machine?

Doesn’t this remind you of when the UAE attempted to purchase ownership of several American shipping ports?

This goes along with other aggressive financial moves. The UAE is now a fifty percent owner of the London Stock Exchange. They have also acquired a stake in NASDAQ. If you just now started paying attention, it’s probably already too late, the global economy is on the move.

“DANGER WILL ROBINSON! DANGER!”

Do you not see how this is all connected?

Those with terrorist ties are now trying to gain control of financial and security holdings to paint themselves with the veil of “modernization”. To less stringent inspectors of personal integrity these moves merely symbolize the attempt of the muslim world to come to terms with commonplace business dealings and represent a show of force that they do take modern society seriously.

But to those who have paid attention over the last two thousand and some odd years you realize that this is nothing more than an attempt of coux-de-taut. You see if they own the stock exchange, then they can manipulate the markets to their bidding. An attack on the economies of the modern world is a very real threat, does anyone not remember how long it took our markets to recover from the 9-11 attacks? What if attacks were to start occurring daily via market manipulations due to foreign owned stock-exchanges? Crazy you say? I think most Islamic extremists are far more insidious in their planning than most are willing to admit, yes.

And then there is the security issue. First they wanted control of our ports. How much easier would it be for extremist muslim brethren  to sneak nuclear weaponry into the United States if they OWNED THE PORT VIA WHICH TO DO IT!!! And then you add in the onion layer of their investments into our war machinery and you realize the level of infiltration by muslims into the world is disturbing.

The Red Herring makes this all seem like business-as-usual. Right? Look, I am all for capitalism, but this is just plain nuts. Anarchy would be better than allowing your enemies to buy up control of your own system.

Have we learned nothing of the threat we face?

We are in a war to save the very spirit of our country. Our borders are a joke. Our government is now more a social engineer, the media its mouthpiece. And its all fed by the big-business elite. The big-business elite that are becoming increasingly foreign owned.

Is our security for sale? This is a question we will have to answer, sooner rather than later. As the ‘Kerry Doctrine’ shows, we can no longer question our leaders.

And then when you add in the NAU and the coming Mexican-Superhighway, you have to ask: Has America lost all of its sovereignty? Are we pre-destined to live in a one-world government? It certainly seems as if all the cards have been played that way.

Let us hope that is not the case.

(21) Kentucky v Arkansas- McFadden needs to carry his team to keep the `Backs in SEC contention

SEC Games:

(12) SC v (2) LSU- Spurrier needs to be crafty, this LSU defense is tough and offense surprisingly good. On CBS and my must watch game of the weekend. Upset special, Gamecocks prove coach is earning his keep

(3) Florida v Mississippi- Urban Meyer rolls on…

(22) Georgia v (16) Alabama- Ever notice how like the entire SEC is ranked?

Arkansas State v Tennessee- Not counting em out yet, Tennessee will win at home

Other games of note:

(19) Hawaii plays back on the island against some team no one has ever heard of

Syracuse v (18) Louisville- The Cardinals at home? Gotta take em

William & Mary v (17) VT- Again, a prolific offense at home, gotta take it

Someone please remember to wake Joe Pa when its all over. On ABC.
