Romney is quoted as saying:
Said Romney, “Those who have come illegally, in my view, should be given the opportunity to get in line with everybody else, but there should be no special pathway for those that have come here illegally to jump ahead of the line or to become permanent residents or citizens.”
Slice it and dice it anyway you want, this statement endorses Amnesty. What don’t these politicians understand? We do not want Amnesty of any kind! Simply not calling Amnesty by its name does not change the fact you are granting an illegal citizenship.
But I guess this shouldn’t surprise us, after all Romney employs illegals for landscaping purposes.
And the Republicans still wonder why they are having such a hard time raising funds…. unbelievable.
