NYTimes.com: Panama birth raises “natural born citizen” question
Even an Obamacan like myself can see that McCain not being eligible is ridiculous. Someone who lived on a US military base and was born to US Citizens is absolutly a natural born citizen. If not, what country are they a citizen of?
